Interact with at least 20 citizens in your locality and submit a structured report on five core public challenges.
Submit a report/video of inclusive dialogue with women, youth, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities.
Prepare a comprehensive Issue Note covering causes, affected residents, photos, and feasible lawful solutions.
Compile relevant department helpline details and draft a professional sample suggestion letter for local bodies.
Conduct a grassroots activity on cleanliness, tree plantation, health awareness, or information assistance.
Organise an informational community session on youth skills, welfare schemes, enterprise, and civic facilities.
Upload your signed personal code of conduct and a fact-based positive public-interest video on social media.
Upload a 3-minute vision video and a finalized 90-day grassroots public-service blueprint for your area.

This is a civic leadership & public service course. It is NOT an election, political party, or government appointment process.
100% attendance in all 12 Zoom classes is compulsory. In case of emergency, recorded learning material must be completed.
Every field activity must be completed within prescribed timelines and uploaded strictly via the official User Panel.
All reports, photographs, and videos must be genuine, fact-based, respectful, and verified on the ground.
Strict respect for citizen privacy. No photo or contact details of residents may be shared without explicit consent.
Zero tolerance for hate speech, abuse, defamation, or discriminatory comments against any caste, religion, or community.
All activities must foster constructive dialogue and community harmony—confrontation and conflict are strictly prohibited.
Share only verified information about government helplines and schemes. Never make false promises of employment or money.
OTP-based public support represents civic validation for genuine service—never present it as voting or election support.
No coercion, money, gifts, or misleading inducements may be used to solicit citizen support or feedback.
The Nayak brand and logo can only be used for authorized civic education—not for personal or commercial gain.
Obtain necessary administrative permissions and adhere to safety standards before holding events in public spaces.
Participants must uphold highest personal ethics, truthfulness, and dignified conduct at all times.
Fake documents, forged media, or rule breaches will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the platform.
The final 90-day action plan must establish long-term, positive, and practical community welfare in the locality.
The training curriculum is curated with mentorship from Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (ASWT), instilling disciplined national character, ethical governance understanding, and constructive problem-solving skills in every participant.
